Tickets are on sale this week for “The Secret Garden” at lunch. $8 for students and seniors and $10 for adults. Music News: If you are planning to audition for next year’s Chamber Choir, please sign up for an audition time in the music room. Calling all travelers interested in going to Spain next year! If you want to experience the Spanish culture and travel throughout Spain, attend the informational meeting with a parent Monday, March 15 th at 7PM in the Spartan Theatre. Contact Profe Brand with questions. Attention all students in AP courses: If you wish to take an AP exam in May you must sign up for the testthis week in your AP class. Today is the deadline to sign up for AP exams. See your teacher to sign up. The test fee will be due after spring break. Attention all students: Help the Arts and Crafts Club prepare for the Hope for Haiti festival. They are having a craft making party on Monday March 15. Drinks and snacks will be provided and this also counts toward your service hours. Please sign up with Mrs. Rupp so there are enough supplies. Attention one and all: Beginning Monday, there will be sign-up sheets in the cafeteria at lunch to sign up for either the 3 on 3 basketball tournament or the 5 on 5 dodge ball tournament at the “Hope for Haiti” festival. Gather your teams from here or invite friends from outside schools too! Boys and girls ages freshman year and up are welcome. There will be a donation per team to play – remember it all goes to a great cause and will be a lot of fun!! See Mrs. Kowalski or Mr. Lynch with questions. Auditions for the One Act Play Festival will be after school Wednesday, March 17 in the Kuhn Theatre starting at 3PM. A sign-up sheet to reserve your time slot will be posted outside the theatre starting this coming Monday. If you intend to audition, you must fill out an Audition Form ahead of time. Starting Monday, these forms will be available in Mr. Wall’s room 109. We will be doing 8 one act plays so we need a lot of actors. If you’ve always wanted to be on stage, this is a great opportunity! Attention all students interested in wrestling and lacrosse. There will be meetings after school next week to discuss these sports and their addition to the St. Francis' athletic offerings. Any freshman, sophomore, or junior with interest in either of these sports must come to Mr. Pierce's room 111, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week. Monday's meeting will be for those interested in wrestling; Tuesday, boys lacrosse; and Wednesday, girls lacrosse. All meetings will begin at 2:35, and will last about 15 minutes.
