Attention sophomores and juniors: WBBM Newsradio 780 and 105.9FM is hosting the 3 rd annual Business of Getting into College event next Saturday, May 19 th at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center. This is a wonderful event for high school students as well as parents that discusses the process of getting into college and how to pay for it. The event features a panel of admissions and financial aid officers from Southern Illinois University, The University of Illinois, Notre Dame and DePaul, along with a New Trier high school counselor. Today in the Café Guest Chef Mike Streylak will feature omelets made to order. Omelets will be served with French toast sticks and sausage. Come in for lunch and enjoy!

2012 French Travelers, just a reminder that we have a meeting at 6:50 am on Wednesday, tomorrow, May 16 including Provence, Roman Ruins, the Riviera and Monaco. There will be a special lesson on kayaking from Mr. M. Be prepared to use your booklet. We will start promptly.

Winners, winners, winners: As part of this month’s National Bullying Prevention Program, the Guidance & Counseling Department offered a bullying awareness quiz to all students to test their knowledge on this important topic. The winners of this year’s quiz are:  Ally Ryan, Joe Keegan, Ana Bormann and Tom Cox.  The winners are asked to come to the Guidance Department today to pick up their prizes with Mrs. Rupp. Congratulations & enjoy!

Attention seniors who are receiving awards on Honors Night :  If you do not have any exams scheduled on Wednesday and will not be in school, this will NOT affect your ability to attend honors night.  You simply must be in attendance on Wednesday for any exams you are required to take.

Attention all Boy’s: There will be a Boy’s Basketball meeting at 2:30 in the Café on Thursday, May 16th

All girls interested in VB this fall: There will be a very brief meeting in Mr. Horeni's room on Wed. after school.  Please see Mrs. Kopec with any questions.

Attention all students:   You have until Wednesday at noon to vote for executive board president and class president online.  Go to the St. Francis website and click on the link to vote.  The results will be announced at the end of the day on Wednesday.
