The beginning of the school year is off to a great start! Thank you for your support as we all get back into the swing of things. Good luck to all the fall athletes as their seasons begin. Come out and support the Spartans!

The group-counseling program at St. Francis High School is designed to meet the needs of all of our students. This year we will again offer several groups. Group sizes are limited and registration is required. Please talk with your child about these groups. If you feel your child might profit from one of these groups or you would like to learn more about them, please contact Mrs. Rupp at extension 104 or email her at arupp@sfhsnet.org

The groups offered  this semester are listed below:
I: Short-term Groups for Freshmen and Transfer Students: these groups are intended to help students with the adjustment to a new school setting.
II: Ongoing Support Groups: these groups are intended for children who are dealing with difficult situations in their lives such as divorce, family conflict, illness,... They are also intended for students who would like to work on personal issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem,  social isolation..... Mrs. Rupp will lead this group, which meets once a week throughout the school year.
III: Grief Group : this group is intended for students who have experienced a significant loss in their lives (death of a relative or friend). Mrs. Rupp will lead this group, which meets once a week throughout the school year.
