A BIG THANK
YOU!
On behalf of the administration and the
entire Football program, thank you to the St.
Francis High School family. The road down state
was paved with a tremendous amount of effort and
support from Coaches, Parents, Alumni, Faculty and
Staff. Join me in celebrating the incredible
success of our Class 5A Football Champions who
demonstrated the heart of Spartan Spirit with
their motto "St. Francis Football -Where No One
Cares Who Gets The Credit."
Sincerely,

Taking Chances for
St. Francis
Casino Night/Auction update
We have a winner! Charlie & Allison
Simmons were the lucky winners of the $1000
tuition credit. They took a chance and sold $200
in raffle tickets in order to get their names in
the raffle incentive drawing on 12/2. If you
missed this opportunity, the first of two early
bird drawings is around the corner. Take a chance
and buy a raffle ticket for the $300 early bird
drawing on 12/15. Raffle tickets were sent
home with your oldest/only student on
11/20. By now, ALL FAMILIES should
have been contacted to consider a group donation
for this event. If you have not received a
call or letter please contact Keith or Michelle
Holman at 630-830-7659. We would like to have
your donation commitment by 12/15. Thank you
for your
support! |

Lost Item at State
Championship Game
We received an email from someone who was at
Memorial Stadium after our game. They found and
item that they believe belongs to a fan or student
of St Francis.
Email Trish Lynch at tlynch@sfhsnet.org if you
have lost something. Please list the exact
item and the location you think you left it to
ensure that the proper owner receives the lost
item. |

Save Pop Tops for Ronald
McDonald House!
During the holidays, junior, Shannon
Koester has asked our community to save all the
pop tops from every beverage you
consume. Bring them to the Pastoral Ministry
Office or place them in the container in the
Teacher's Lounge when you return from Christmas
break.
Last year RMHC-CNI raised more than $40,000
from this program. The tabs are recycled by
their recycling partner, United Scrap Metal, and
they receive the market value of the recycled
metal - plus a charitable match from United Scrap.
Please join them!
Did you know? Pull tabs are unique, as
they are a higher quality aluminum, thus
more valuable than the can, which is a combination
of aluminum and other alloys. All we need is the
tab, so you can continue donating your cans to
your favorite organization or recycling them at a
retail
outlet. |
An Envelope Recycling
Request... The Guidance and Counseling Department
needs business size #10 envelopes! If your
business is changing its logo or address, don't
throw those envelopes away. Send them our
way, please!
The Guidance and Counseling Department uses
envelopes to send confidential messages. We
will make good recycled use of them.
Thank you for helping us out and for "being
green." |
