On February 19, 2009, members of the Faculty,
Staff, Administration, Board of Directors and
Steering Committee celebrated the beginning of the
campaign completion phase to build the Science Suite and
Learning Resource Center. The cost of the project is $7
million and we will break ground in June 2010. The goal
of the completion phase is $2 million which will be
added to the $5.1 million pledged for the project to
date.
The "Completing the Dream" Capital
Campaign will lift up the efforts of faculty and
students to new heights. While great learning takes
place every day, it deserves the facilities that will
keep St. Francis competitive with other schools, help
attract the best and brightest teachers and provide the
best learning environment for students.
The time
is now to complete the dream. With everyone's help the
completion phase of the Capital Campaign will be a
success. Please join us at a fun social gathering to
hear more about "Completing the Dream" for St. Francis.
Save the date for attendance at either The Bank
Restaurant in Wheaton on April 16th or McNally's
Restaurant and Pub in St. Charles on April 22nd, both at
6:30pm.
