ST. FRANCIS HIGH SCHOOL

Mission Statement
St. Francis High School is a Catholic, college preparatory learning community that promotes spiritual, academic, physical and social development in the daily presence of Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement
Develop students who are:

  • persons of integrity
  • physically fit and emotionally healthy
  • respectful and accepting of others
  • responsible citizens of the world
  • self-directed, lifelong learners

The effort to build St. Francis High School began in 1955, when it was designed to be a regional high school to serve the neighboring parishes. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on November 11, 1956 and the first classes began in 1957.

The Spyglass Gymnasium and the Kuhn Cultural Arts Center were added in 2001.

The Mary J. Feltes Science Suite and the Robinson Family Learning and Resource Center were added in 2011.

high school located in Wheaton, IL. St. Francis High School,
as part of the teaching mission of the Roman Catholic Church,
strives to promote spiritual, academic and social excellence in
