TRANSFER STUDENTS
Thank you for your interest in St. Francis High School and the possibility of a transfer for your child.
In accordance with the St. Francis High School Admission Policy, we need you to provide us with information so we may assess your child’s potential for success in the curricula and co-curricula educational programs at St. Francis.
To that end, we need the following:
- Completed and signed application (Link to pdf of Application)
- Copy of report cards from the previous two years
- Copy of the results of the most recent standardized test
- Letter from parent explaining reason for transfer request
- Letter from student explaining reason for transfer request
- A list of the student’s activities from the last two years
- Request for Student Discipline Information Form (to be faxed directly from present high school to SFHS) (Link to pdf of Student Discipline Information Form)
Please send these materials to my attention. Unfortunately, we will not be able to review your child’s file until all information requested is received.
