ANGELIKA RUPP @ ext. 1104 if: You are a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior, last name starting with A-L, and need help with: • General academic problems • Help in communicating with teachers • Arranging for a tutor • Help with study skills • Summer school information • Personal issues • Course selection & registration • Schedule changes • Crisis intervention Any student who is interested may contact Mrs. Rupp about: • Participation in our group counseling programs See: MS. MARY KAY SULLIVAN @ ext. 1108 if: You are a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior, last name starting with M-Z, and need help with: • General academic problems • Help in communicating with teachers • Arranging for a tutor • Help with study skills • Summer school information • Personal issues • Course selection & registration • Schedule changes • Crisis intervention Any student may discuss the following with Ms. Sullivan: • Referrals for outside counseling or educational testing • Nonstandard college admissions test arrangements HOW DO YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? The Guidance and Counseling Offices and Mrs. Lynn Ellis’ office, Student Services Administrative Assistant, are located upstairs opposite the library on one end and up the stairs from the cafeteria on the other end. Each counselor has appointment request slips clipped to her mailbox. A student may fill out a request and place it in one of their mailboxes on their doors. That counselor will contact the student at her earliest convenience and when the student is free. In an emergency, students are asked to please tell Mrs. Ellis or knock on one of the counselors’ doors.
